Having spent more than 12 years on the “client side” working for multi-national and tier-one brand companies, she is thoroughly familiar with the pressures facing marketers, strategists, and planners responsible for the health of a brand. Having found particular success in helping companies understand consumers and analyze what works, she shifted career focus to research and market understanding consulting exclusively. Since then, she has designed and conducted consumer and business-to-business research for clients in industries as; retail and consumer goods, technology and telecommunications, energy, health, gaming, financial, agriculture, and not-for-profits. She has delivered public relations strategies in the area of health and medicine, her work being cited in medical journal publications. With the heart of a client and the mind of a researcher, she finds the answers - helping several of the largest retail brands in Canada find the solutions they need to succeed with the best information possible. Whether it’s a challenge of understanding latent personal values and consumer experience, or conducting a financial workup of market potential, Kristine knows how to get the real answers and (more importantly with her tenure as a marketer) how to use it.
