Kimberly joined Urban Analytics in May 2016, where she led the expansion of the Vancouver based company to the Calgary and Edmonton markets. By the age of 26, Kimberly has become a young leader in Calgary's real estate industry and has helped UA become known as the leading expert for data on the Alberta multi-family home and purpose-built rental markets. Kimberly is a graduate from the University of Calgary. During her time at University of Calgary, she took on the role as president of the Real Estate Students Association, participated in an exchange in Graz, Austria and an internship in Seattle. During her spare time, Kimberly is often found cuddling her two year old cavapoo pup, Koda, or heading out to the mountains for the weekend whether on a camping or snowboarding trip.
As an avid traveler, I love exploring new cities and cultures. Although everytime I am away, I appreciate Calgary more and more. There is something conforting about arriving back to the YYC airport to see everyone in white cowboy hats. After living abroad on two different occasions, I can confidently say that Calgary truly is home for me. There is something special about the quick drive to the mountains, the blue skies and the energy that the city has to offer. Above all of the beautiful landscapes that we have to offer, we happen to have a very friendly and well educated population here at home. When hosting visitors in our city they are always shocked at just how nice Calgarians are, and I am proud to say that this is where I was born and raised.
